Located at 3674-3686 Forest Park Blvd., Falstaff District - Plant 1, is being developed by Ridgeline Group, a Saint Louis based developer focused on golf course communities, urban apartments and upscale retail centers. This historic renovation in the CWE is going to house 31 Apartments, 12,000 feet of retail spaces, a new expanded deli/coffee house called Jimmy Johns and a new resteraunt pub style eatery, to the west side of the building.
