Developed by Ridgeline Group, a Saint Louis based developer focused on golf course communities, urban apartments and upscale retail centers, Falstaff District Apartments is going to house 29 Apartments, ready for occupancy in the Summer of 2008. Construction is set to begin in April 2007. Monthly rents will range between $800 and $1200 per unit, and the apartments will be marketed as housing for Saint Louis University students.
